All our goods are made in 22 Karat (except our diamond jewelry which is made in 18 karat gold). Our gold is International Export quality 916 KDM 22 Karat gold. Most of our products have the BIS (Burea of Indian Standards) Hallmark seal on them. The quality of our gold is the best you can get, it is guranteed, In addition, you may get the quality of our gold tested and verified by anyone, anywhere in the world, We gurantee that you will have absolutely no complaints at all.
We are so confident about the quality of our 22 karat gold ornaments that we will buy back any product sold by us ANYTIME at 91.6% of the net gold weight and pay you the current gold price on the day you sell the item back to us.
We send a gurantee card with all our goods. Our gurantee card is part of the packaging slip and is printed on the packaging slip itself that we send with your order. We stand behind each and every item we sell. If you are sending an item as a gift we do NOT send the packaging slip with the product, if you want us to send the packaging slip, you can reply to the order confirmation email requesting us to send the packaging slip with the product.
All our diamonds products come is various quality and colors. Most of our products are VVS quality and have E/F or G/H color. The diamond color and quality is specified in the products description for each product. ALL our diamonds are guranteed and come with our gurantee card. Our gurantee card is part of the packaging slip and is printed on the packaging slip itself that we send with your order. Most (but not all) diamond products come with an IGI (International Gemological Institute) Certificate.
Warranties and Repairs
In most cases, we will be able to repair any jewelry bought from us, unless it is damaged beyond repair i.e. crushed or bent or if a complete part of the jewelry is missing. Please note that there may be a nominal charge for repairs if the product needs more gold or has missing stones in it, plus the return shipping charges, in case you ship it to us for repairs, most repairs can be done in 7 - 10 days.
Before you ship the product back to us for repairs, please take a picture of the product and send it to us by email describing the problem, so that we can determine if its possible to repair it as well as inform you if there will be any additional cost for repairs as well as inform you on the return shipping costs.
You will need to pay for the shipping charges for sending it to us as well as for return shipping charges.
If you decide to ship it to us for repairs, We recommend you to insure the package for its value for your own protection so that you will be covered by your insurance in case the package is lost, stolen, damaged, misplaced or misdelivered. Please include a copy of your receipt or your order number, your name, return shipping address and your contact phone number, so that we will be able to contact you, if required.
Before we ship your order to you, we carefully inspect to ensure that the product(s) received by you is/are not defective. We package them securely so that the chances of them getting damaged in transit to you are minimum.
However, in the rare case that you do receive a defective product, we ask that you contact us right away or the next business day if you received the product over the weekend. We will take steps on a case by case basis depending on what the problem is and ensure that you are totally satisfied. If we are unable to get the problem fixed, we will then ask you to mail the product back to us, you will have to pay for the return shipping BUT we will refund this amount back to you once we receive the product back and determine that it was in fact defective. AT this time, we will either fix the defective product and ship it back to you at the earliest possible or if its not possible to get the product fixed, we will at our own discretion get a new piece of the exact same design and specifications made and sent to you. In case either of these things is not possible for us, we will issue a full refund back to you.
If there is no defect in the product received by us, we will not pay for the return shipping costs, we will charge you to reship the product back to you or process your order as a return or exchange based on our return/exchange policies
