A: Price of items depend on the current gold price. As and when the gold price increases or decreases we update our prices. Q: After I place my order if the price of that item increases or decreases will my price change accordingly ?
A: Price of items depend on the current gold price. As and when the gold price increases or decreases we update our prices. Once you place the order you price is fixed and will not change. Even if the gold price (or the price of the item) doubles, we will not charge you a single cent extra. At the same time even if the gold price (or the price of the item) decreases or falls onto half, we will not reduce a single cent. We do this because as soon as you place an order, our system automatically purchases gold at the current price, so whatever happens to the gold price after that, weather it increases or decreases, it does not effect us as we have already purchased gold and hence it does not effect your price. The price you pay at the time of placing your order is fixed and will not change even if the item has not been shipped to you.

For Example - Buying gold is very similar to buying stocks in the stock market, once you buy it, the price is fixed and set. After you have purchased the stock, if the stock prices double no one comes to you and asks for more, at the same time if the stock pricess fall into half no one is going to issue you a refund, it would not matter weather you have physically received the stock certificates or not, the price at which you performed the trade is fixed and will not change, the same applies to gold as well - the price at which you place the order is fixed, it will not change it does not matter if the item ordered by you has been shipped or not.

Q: After I place my order if the price of that item decreases, can I cancel my order and place a new order ?
A: You can cancel your order BUT keep in mind that we charge a 15% re-stocking fee on all cancelled orders. The re-stocking fee is charged even if your order has not been shipped. We need to charge the re-stocking fee because as soon as you place the order, your order is automatically sent to our manufacturing unit and we start manufacturing the item ordered. The Manufacturing unit runs 24 hours all 7 days a week, 365 days a year including week-ends and holidays. Q: Will you take my old gold jewelry (ornaments) in exchange ?
A: No, we do not take your old gold jewelry ornaments in exchange in USA (We do take it in exchange if the jewelry is purchased from us and you have the receipt for it). We take your old gold jewelry (ornaments) in exchange (even if they are not purchased from us) at our Hyderabad, India store ONLY.

Q: I have 24 Karat pure gold coins or Bars (Canadian Maple leaf, American Eagle, Kugerrand etc). Will you buy or exchange them?
A: YES. You can sell us your 24 Karat pure gold coins or bars, we will buy them from you at the current market price. You will receive 100% current gold price. You can also choose to exchange them, the value of your 24 Karat gold coins or bars will be deducted from the total value of your purchase, if there is a difference that we owe you, we'll pay you the difference, if the value of the items you purchased is more, then we'll charge you the difference amount.

Q: What price will I get for my 24 Karat Gold coins or bars?
A: We will buy your 24 Karat Gold coins or bars at the same current market price as listed on Kitco.com. You need to look at the Bid price which is listed on your top left hand side at kitco.com

Q: When and How do I mail or send my 24 Karat Gold coins or bars to you? Will you pay for the shipping charges to send them to you?
A: As soon as you speak to us and confirm that you want to sell your 24 Karat Gold coins or bars to us, the very same day you will need to ship them to us. Its important that you ship them the very same day because the gold prices keep changing. The safest, best and cheapest way to send them is to go to USPS (the post office), ask them for an EXpress Mail Flat Rate envelope. Put the gold coins or bars in them, seal them and mail it to us. When you mail it, you will ALSO need to purchase insurance based on its value. NO, we will NOT pay the shipping charges, its your responsibility to ensure that the 24 Karat gold coins or bars are received by us

Q: How will you pay us for our 24K Gold coins or bars sold to you?
A: Once we receive the 24 Karat Gold coins or bars, we will mail you a check for the complete amount

Q: Do you sell 24K Pure Gold biscuits or coins or bars, like Canadian Maple leaf, American Eage, Kugerrand etc?
A: YES, we now sell 24 Karat Pure gold in 1, 2.5 and 5 Gram bars. We do NOT sell 1 Oz gold bars or coins.

A: YES, our website offers the highest level of encryption and security possible. We provide 128 bit encryption and all transactions are done over a secure server.

Q: Can I track my Order Status Online?
A: YES, you can track the status of your order online. On the website there is a link for Order Status (The Order status link is on the top left hand corner, below the link for store front, and below the link for Sign In). By visiting this link, you can enter your order number AND email address and track your order or check its status. Here you will be able to see the approximate shipping date for your order and other order details and/or specifications (if applicable). Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number. You will also be able to see the tracking number from your Order Status screen and track it from there as well.

A: YES, all prices shown are current and as per the current gold price. As and when the gold price changes, we keep updating our prices.

A: The gold weights mentioned on the website is the Gross gold weight. If the item (product) has Rubies, Emeralds, Diamonds, Precious Stones, Semi-precious stones, CZ or other Synthetic stones or beads in it, the gold weight mentioned includes the weight of Rubies, Emeralds, Diamonds, Precious Stones, Semi-precious stones, CZ or other Synthetic stones or beads UNLESS specified otherwise.

A: We now ship Worldwide.

Q: What mode of shipment do you use to mail orders in USA?
A: In USA, all orders are sent completely insured by USPS Priority mail. We will email you the tracking number once your order has been shipped. The delivery of all goods is guranteed. Since all items are sent completely insured, a signature is required at the time of delivery, you will not be responsible for lost, stolen or misplaced items. We have been shipping goods all over USA for the past 10 years now and have not had even a single case where the items were lost, stolen or misplaced

A: Sorry, we do not have paper catalogs. Since we receive so many new designs and continously update the website, its not possible and practical for us to have paper catalogs. ALL our designs are on the website.

Q: Do you do Road & Trade Shows?
A: No, we are strictly Online and do not do any road or trade shows

Q: Where are your products made?
A: All our products are made in India. Depending on the design and the product, the items are made in various parts of India

Q: When we order and get products delivered in USA, does it come through a 3rd party, 3rd person or a middleman or a broker?
A: NO, its the same family business in USA & India. There is no 3rd party, 3rd person or a middleman or a broker involved. All our business is conducted for generations only by family members.

Q: Can you make the cut diamond products in 22 Karat gold instead of 18 Karat Gold?
A: No, this is not possible because gold is a very soft metal. If you make any cut diamond products in 22 karat gold, the diamonds will fall out after a few uses. The highest purity in which cut diamond products can be made is 18 Karat gold. ALL our cut diamond products are made in 18 Karat gold.

Q:What happens if the gold jewelry or diamond jewelry item I buy from you needs repairs? will you be able to perform the repairs?
A:Yes, we will be able to repair any jewelry bought from us, in most cases, unless it is damaged beyond repair i.e. crushed or bent or if a complete part of the jewelry is missing. Please note that there may be a nominal charge for repairs, plus the shipping charges, in case you ship it to us for repairs, most repairs can be done within a week. If you decide to ship it to us for repairs, please include your Name and phone number, so that we will be able to contact you, if required.

Q:If I purchase any item in USA, can I get it repaired and polished at your Hyderabad showroom in India?
A:Yes, you can get any item purchased online from us, repaired and polished for FREE at our Hyderabad showroom in India.

Q:Most of the Necklaces & Necklace set are left open on the back side, how is at attached at the back side? Will it be ready to use and wear?
A: ALL the Necklaces & Necklace Sets that do NOT show a gold back chain attached to the necklace in the picture come with a golden color adjustable tassel (also known as a daram) attached to the necklace (to connect the back part of the necklace) so that the necklace is ready to use. There is NO additional charge for the tassel. Alternatively, as an option, we can also put a real gold adjustable back chain on the back side of the necklace, this will be an additional cost and will depend on the weight and size of the necklace. Once you place an order, we will call you to inform you of your choice between the tassel and the gold back chain and get your order ready accordingly. The usual (approximate) weight of the gold back chain is 5.0 grams, length of the adjustable gold back chain is 7.0 inches and it will be adjustable for 2.0 inches approximately.

Q: What is CZ?
A: CZ stands for Cubic Zirconia, it is a man made, artificial, synthetic stone. CZ looks and shines just like a read diamond. The major difference between a CZ & a diamond is the price.

Q: What is the difference between a Gurantee card and a Certificate for cut Diamonds?
A: A certificate is usually issued for a solitaire diamond. A solitaire diamond is one single diamond of a large size like 0.50 carats or 1.0 carats each. ALL our cut diamond products do come with our gurantee card. If you buy a solitaire diamond, it will ALSO come with a certificate.

You may choose (OPTIONAL) to get a certificate for our other cut diamond products (which do not have solitaire in it). Our cut diamond products which do NOT have a solitaire in it do NOT come with a certificate, the DO come with our gurantee card. As an OPTION, we can get the product certified and send it to you with a certificate. If you need this optional certificate, it usually cost between $30-$50 EXTRA and your shipping time can increase between 1-2 weeks (because it takes time to get the product certified)

Gurantee card is issued by US, the certificate is ALWAYS issued by a certifying organization like GIA, IGI & EGI (Gemological Institute of America, India & Europe respectively). ONLY a certifying organization like the ones mentioned can issue a certificate for the diamonds. Individual jewelers or retailers CANNOT issue certificates for diamonds, if they do, its just a gurantee card and not a certificate. Our gurantee card states the color and quality of the cut diamonds.

Q:Can I get a certificate for the uncut diamonds?
A:There is NO certificate for uncut diamonds. Uncut diamonds as the name itself says are UNCUT, unless a diamond is cut, there is nothing in it to certify.

Q:Whats the difference between a cut and an uncut diamond?
A:A cut and uncut diamond look and feel completely differently. A cut diamond shines much more. A cut diamond appericiates much faster in value. A cut diamond can easily be sold else where for a good price. Cut diamonds are much much more expensive compared to uncut diamonds. The highest purity in which Cut diamond products can be made is 18K gold. Now a days, uncut diamonds are more in fashion. Uncut diamonds also shine but their shine is completely different when compared to the shine of cut diamonds. Its very difficult to explain the difference in their shine, the best way to know the difference is to look at the pictures of cut diamond and uncut diamond products. Uncut diamond products can be made in 22K gold.
