Q: Are the prices on the website as per the current gold price?
A: YES, all prices shown are current and as per the current gold price. As and when the gold price changes, we keep updating our prices.
Q: To which countries do you ship to?
A: We ship all over USA and INDIA. We can have your order delivered securely anywhere in USA & India
Q: Why do you ship only within the USA & India and not to other countries?
A: Few of the reasons we do not ship outside the USA & India are given below
- Expensive shipping, handling and Insurance
- We do not have offices in other countries and we do NOT work through agents. ALL our business is conducted only by family members
- In case there is an exchange or return the shipping, handling and insurance expense becomes, too much for the customer to bear
- Most countries have unique custom laws, custom regulations, that require extra documentation, plus there are many more reasons, but if we do change our shipping policies, in the future, we will post them on the website.
- The customer will be responsible to get the customs clearance done and pay any applicable custom duties (For delivery to countries OTHER THAN INDIA & USA)
Q: Can I place an order from any country and have the item delivered in India or USA?
A: YES, you can place your order from anywhere in the world and have it delivered ANYWHERE in INDIA or USA.
Q: What mode of shipment do you use to mail orders in USA?
A: In USA, all orders are sent completely insured by USPS Priority mail. We will email you the tracking number once your order has been shipped. The delivery of all goods is guranteed. Since all items are sent completely insured, a signature is required at the time of delivery, you will not be responsible for lost, stolen or misplaced items. We have been shipping goods all over USA for the past 7 years now and have not had even a single case where the items were lost, stolen or misplaced
Q: What mode of shipment do you use to mail orders in India?
A: In India, all orders are sent by a reliable trust worthy private courier. All items are sent completely insured. The delivery of all goods is guranteed. Since all items are sent completely insured, a signature is required at the time of delivery, you will not be responsible for lost, stolen or misplaced items. We have been shipping goods all over India for the past 7 years now and have not had even a single case where the items were lost, stolen or misplaced.
Q: What are the different payment types you accept?
A: We accept all major credit cards which include American Express, Mastercard, Visa & Discover. You can also make your payment by Money Order or Check.
Q: If I pay by Check or Money order, where do I need to send the payment to?

Q: Can you mail me a paper catalog?
A: Sorry, we do not have paper catalogs. Since we receive so many new designs and continously update the website, its not possible and practical for us to have paper catalogs. ALL our designs are on the website.
Q: Do you do Road & Trade Shows?
A: No, we are strictly Online and do not do any road or trade shows
Q: Where are your products made?
A: All our products are made in India. Depending on the design and the product, the items are made in various parts of India
Q: When we order and get products delivered in USA, does it come through a 3rd party, 3rd person or a middleman or a broker?
A: NO, its the same family business in USA & India. There is no 3rd party, 3rd person or a middleman or a broker involved. All our business is conducted for generations only by family members.
Q: Can you make the diamond products in 22 Karat gold instead of 18 Karat Gold?
A: No, this is not possible because gold is a very soft metal. If you make any diamond products in 22 karat gold, the diamonds will fall out after a few uses. The highest purity in which diamond products can be made is 18 Karat gold. ALL our diamond products are made in 18 Karat gold.
Q:What happens if the gold jewelry or diamond jewelry item I buy from you needs repairs? will you be able to perform the repairs?
A:Yes, we will be able to repair any jewelry bought from us, in most cases, unless it is damaged beyond repair i.e. crushed or bent or if a complete part of the jewelry is missing. Please note that there may be a nominal charge for repairs, plus the shipping charges, in case you ship it to us for repairs, most repairs can be done within a week. If you decide to ship it to us for repairs, please include your Name and phone number, so that we will be able to contact you, if required.
Q:If I purchase any item in USA, can I get it repaired and polished at your Hyderabad showroom in India?
A:Yes, you can get any item purchased online from us, repaired and polished for FREE at our Hyderabad showroom in India.
Q: What is CZ?
A: CZ stands for Cubic Zirconia, it is a man made, artificial, synthetic stone. CZ looks and shines just like a read diamond. The major difference between a CZ & a diamond is the price.
Return & Exchange Policy
Q:What is your exchange policy ?
A: If for any reason you do not like the item you have bought, you may return it for an even exchange or a store credit, within 30 days from the day you receive your order. we will charge the difference if any, to the same account used originally. You will need to pay the shipping charges for the exchanged item.
Q: If I do not like the item, can I exchange it in your Hyderabad Showroom in India?
A: YES, you can do so in 30 days, but you will first have to inform us in USA.
Q: What is your policy on Returned items?
A: We charge a 15% re-stocking fee on all returned items for which you need the money refunded back to you. This re-stocking fee does NOT apply if you exchange the item. Sorry, we cannot issue full refunds without charging a 15% restocking fee because the credit card usage fees are not refundable and there are other costs involved which we incur. If you require a refund on your credit card, we will issue it after deducting the restocking fee and the shipping charges.

Q: What is the quality of gold you use? Are your products guranteed?
A: All our goods are made in 22 Karat gold (except our diamond jewelry which is made in 18 karat gold). Our gold is International Export quality 916 KDM 22 Karat gold. All our products have the BIS (Burea of Indian Standards) Hallmark seal on them. The quality of our gold is the best you can get, it is guranteed, In addition, you may get the quality of our gold tested and verified by anyone, anywhere in the world, We gurantee that you will have absolutely no complaints at all. We are so confident about the quality of our gold that we will buy back any product sold by us ANYTIME at 91.6% of the net gold weight and pay you the current gold price on the day you sell the item back to us.
Q: What is the quality of Diamonds you use?
A: All our diamonds are VVS1 quality and have G/H color unless specified otherwise. ALL our diamonds are guranteed and come with our gurantee card.
Q: Do you send a gurantee card with the orders?
A: YES, we send a gurantee card with all our goods. We stand behind each and every item we sell. If you are sending an item as a gift we do NOT send the invoice with the product, if you want us to send the invoice, you can reply to the order confirmation email requesting us to send the invoice with the product.
Q: Is the gurantee card sent by you also valid at your showroom in India?
A: YES, We will honor the gurantee at both the places, In USA as well as in India.

Q: In what size are the rings, Bangles & Kadas available?
A: The Rings, Bangles & Kadas are made as per your size and can be made in any size you want
Q: How do I specify the ring size?
A: There are 3 different ways to specify your ring size.
- Once you place the order, you will receive an order confirmation email, just reply back to the order confirmation email and specify your ring size
- Call us after you place the order with your order number and provide the ring size on the phone
- If you do not provide the ring size, we will contact you and ask for the ring size
Q: I do not know the ring size? How do I measure the ring size?
A: There are 2 different ways to find out your ring size.
- If there is any ring that fits you properly, just take that ring to ANY jeweler ANYWHERE, give the ring to the jeweler and request him to check the ring size. The jeweler will put that ring on a ring rod and inform you of the ring size as a number, Example 7 or 7.5 Usually, no one charges any money for this service, it does not take much time either
- If you do not have a ring that fits you properly, then you can go to ANY jeweler ANYWHERE, tell them you need to find out your ring size. They will provide you with a bunch of plastic or metal rings of various sizes. Wear them, take your time to narrow down the best size to 2 different rings, see which one fits you the best and when you are sure of the one that is the best fit for you, ask the jeweler for its size number. Usually, no one charges any money for this service, it does not take much time either
Q: I plan to give the ring as a surprise gift, how do I find out the ring size?
A: Try and get hold of any ring that fits the person properly for whom you are buying the surprise gift , just take that ring to ANY jeweler ANYWHERE, give the ring to the jeweler and request him to check the ring size. The jeweler will put that ring on a ring rod and inform you of the ring size as a number, Example 7 or 7.5 Usually, no one charges any money for this service, it does not take much time either. If you cannot find the ring, its not possible to find out the ring size without the person knowing about it
Q: Can I measure the diameter of the ring and provide you that size in mm?
A: NO, this is the most inaccurate way to measure the ring size, you can be 90% sure that the ring you will receive if you do this will NOT be of the right size.
Q: How do I specify the Bangle size?
A: There are 3 different ways to specify your bangle size.
- Once you place the order, you will receive an order confirmation email, just reply back to the order confirmation email and specify your bangle size
- Call us after you place the order with your order number and provide the bangle size on the phone
- If you do not provide the bangle size, we will contact you and ask for the bangle size
Q: I do not know the Bangle size? How do I measure the Bangle size?
A: If there is any round shape bangle that fits you properly, just take that bangle, place it on a plain sheet of paper, then take a pen or pencil, trace out the inside edge of the bangle. Remove the bangle from the paper, you should see a complete circle on the paper, use a scale/ruler/measuring tape and measure the diameter of the circle in inches. The standard bangle size is 2.25 inches. Bangle sizes are usually in the range of 2.0 inches - 3.0 inches

A: YES. We can do this, in most cases its not a problem. Please call us. Please have the item code ready when you call.
Q: I like an item on your website in Emeralds but I want the same design in Rubies, can it be made with rubies and how much extra will it cost?
A: YES, we can make the same item with a different color stone. In MOST cases, there is NO price difference, it will cost you the same price.
Q: I like an item on your website with artificial stones in it but I want the same design to be made with precious or semi-precious stones, can it be made and how much extra will it cost?
A: YES, we can make it. If you want us to replace artificial stones with precious or semi-precious stones, you will need to pay extra for the cost of precious or semi-precious stones. Please call us. Q: Can you make the same design without any stones or beads in it?
A: YES, we can make it. Please call us. Please have the item code ready when you call.
Q: How long does it take for custom orders to be made & delivered?
A: The time to make a custom design depends on the design, your requirements, changes to the design. Usually it takes 1-3 weeks for most items.
Q: What is the return or exchange policy on custom orders?
A: Since the item is customized for you, there can be NO returns or exchanges.
Q: What is your gurantee on custom products?
A: Our gurantee for custom products is the SAME as our gurantee on ALL our products. We use the same quality of gold, diamonds, rubies, emeralds and other precious & semi-precious stones for custom orders as we use for our owm products.
Q: Is there an additional charge for custom orders or to customize it?
A: No, we do not charge anything extra to customize the item or for custom orders
